Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 27, 2026

My Cycle Path ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

The developer does not collect personal information or health information from the App. The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, contacts, or usage data.

Information you enter or generate in the App—including period dates and durations, excluded dates, cycle-length preferences, predictions, and privacy or notification settings—is stored locally on your device. It is not sent to the developer or shared with third parties by the App.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your locally stored information is used only to provide the App's features, such as displaying your history, calculating cycle and fertility estimates, and scheduling optional reminders on your device. The App does not use your information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or tracking.

3. Notifications and Device Authentication

If you enable reminders, the App asks iOS for permission and schedules notifications locally on your device. You can disable reminders in the App or change notification permission in iOS Settings.

If you enable the app lock, authentication is performed by iOS using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. The App does not receive, store, or transmit your biometric data.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting services. It uses Apple-provided system features for local storage, notifications, and device authentication. Depending on your device settings, local App data may be included in an Apple device backup; those backups are controlled by you and governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.

5. Data Security and Retention

Your information remains within the App's storage on your device and is protected by the security features provided by iOS. The developer cannot access it. You are responsible for keeping your device and any device backups secure.

Your information remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove it at any time by choosing Delete all data in the App's privacy settings. Uninstalling the App also removes its locally stored data from the device, subject to any separate device backups you control.

6. Your Choices

You can review and edit cycle records within the App, disable notifications, hide notification content, use the app lock, or delete all locally stored information. Because the developer does not receive or store your information, the developer cannot access, export, correct, or delete it on your behalf.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or applicable requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the Effective Date will be updated.
